Are you closing out a chapter in your life and not sure what to do next, or where to look for resources to live a more aligned life?
I got you. When I started that chapter before 2015, I had more questions than answers. I was in a really dark place and at that time my focus was on how to become happier and work through the emotional baggages and the daily triggers in life. I wasn't looking for a new job or to move. I knew I needed help and didn't know who to ask or where to look for help. I kept an open mind, and some people in my circles offered referrals. Part of my journey was figuring out who to work with, with the understanding there will be some trial and errors involved. And learning how to discern on whether I aligned with those healers or not.
On here I will share my ups and downs and how I worked through them. Meditation has been my go to for calming my mind. I have added other modalities to aid in my healing of triggers, traumas, generational trauma, or uncomfortable situations I worked through.
My life is not all about healing. I enjoy the daily simplicities. I travel throughout the year. I am open to new experiences, learning and meeting new people. I have already been gifted with so many beautiful interactions this year, and I am open for more interactions.
When I reflect back to the old versions of me, I hold all of them in my heart and understand they did the best they could with the situations they were in, with the knowledge they had, and thank them daily. Without them, I would not be who I am now becoming. I love myself, I am ready to grow more, and become my best version.
